About the Role | Audit and Risk Committee Members
TMR’s Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) Members is an independent body established to provide oversight and assurance on financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and compliance with laws and regulations.
The ARC Members assist the Director-General of TMR in overseeing the integrity of financial statements, compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, internal risk management and control systems, and the performance of the internal audit function. The ARC is advisory and has no executive powers, maintaining independence from TMR's internal and external audit functions and executive management.

Gerard Kerr, General Manager Executive Search & Selection
