That’s an eye-opening statistic.
Perhaps even more telling is the fact that McKinsey found in a recent study that 50% of the activities we perform at work could be replaced by existing technologies.
These macro trends which describe the ‘workplace of the future’ are predicted to catch a sizeable chunk of the workforce unaware as these existing and developing technologies hit the mainstream.
The good news is there is a lot that can be done by proactive leaders and teams now, to future-proof their careers from these predicted changes.
