You will be joining a small, collaborative team with a focus on relationship-based engagement.
The role will incorporate business change management, some organisational restructuring, coaching of leaders and managers, and general change enablement.
There may also be some technological system change, and potentially a physical site relocation.
What you will be doing
- Provide advocacy, support, advice and guidance to leaders, team members and stakeholders that enable undisrupted business transformation, management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities and successful delivery of operating model and business change management programs.
- Develop, implement and evaluate change and adoption campaigns designed to evolve the Agencies into scalable and sustainable service models, build a future-ready and capable workforce and strengthening organisational resilience and adaptability.
- Provide expertise in risk and issues identification, champion the change management approach ensuring alignment to strategic and operational plan commitments.
- Maintain high level knowledge of current principles, practices, trends and developments in modern ways of working, digital advancements, change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management and communication.
- Develop, actively operate and maintain effective networks and relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management by investing time and energy into building positive and productive relationships and providing professional leadership, guidance and support.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a strong commitment to shared values, and a broad skillset that includes:
- Extensive proven experience in influencing, supporting and enabling cross-functional business transformation programs.
- Extensive experience in change management and workforce redesign methodologies with a personal drive towards implementing innovative practices.
- Significant experience in planning, documenting, reporting and evaluating business change activities in service orientated environments
- Expert level stakeholder and employee engagement, strong communication, coaching, mentoring and training skills in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Collaborative, autonomous, flexible and agile working style and approach.
- Full time hours, based in Brisbane CBD.
- $88 - $95 per Hour, plus Superannuation
- Initially a 11-month contract position, with very likely extension.
- 3 days office / 2 days home
