Our government client is delivering major infrastructure across Queensland’s rapidly growing South Coast Region. As part of this program, a skilled Advisor (Document Control) is required to lead and maintain best-practice document control systems critical to project success.
This role supports projects shaping Queensland’s transport future—including new stations, track upgrades, level crossing removals and enhanced active transport pathways—while promoting strong local and social outcomes ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

You will work across South Coast Region and the LGC Project to implement, maintain, and continuously improve document control frameworks. You’ll oversee digital systems like InEight Document (TeamBinder), Asite, SharePoint and Content Manager—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and secure traceability of project records in line with departmental and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain document control systems aligned with contracts and department standards
- Create and update workflows, folder structures, and templates across multiple platforms
- Review, refine, and maintain Document Control Management Plans
- Ensure secure, traceable, and compliant handling of all documentation
- Coordinate and deliver training for internal and external project stakeholders
- Manage document approvals, submissions, and audit trails
- Liaise with vendors to resolve system issues or implement updates
- Monitor data accuracy and system integrity
- Support integration of project outputs into departmental systems
- Collaborate with PMO and contribute to social outcome reporting and compliance
You’re process-driven, confident with digital systems, and committed to delivering accuracy in high-volume document environments. You work well independently and with teams, and you bring clarity and calm to fast-moving project environments.
Your strengths include:
- Experience with major infrastructure projects and public sector procedures
- Proficiency in InEight Document (TeamBinder) and/or Asite
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, MS Teams, and Content Manager
- Ability to interpret and implement contractual document requirements
- Excellent training, communication, and stakeholder liaison skills
- A positive attitude toward change, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Experience with InEight Document (TeamBinder) or Asite
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a Criminal History Check
