To achieve this goal, we follow a set of values and we have outlined them below.

Excellence

Ethics

Our moral compass points north: We approach every situation with a strong set of ethics, courage, and compassion. We do no harm. If something doesn’t align with our moral compass, we raise it, we don’t hide from it. If we wouldn’t want it to turn up on the front page of the courier mail, or our Mumma’s wouldn’t be proud of us doing it, we don’t do it. Ethics first. Doing the right thing - even when no one is looking - is who we are.

Educate

We educate, we don’t sell: Our clients come first, always. We exist to serve them, not ourselves. Education is the key to long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are committed to providing the best possible service, and we always choose education over sales. We aim to add massive value in every interaction. Our success and profitability are a by-product of doing the right thing by our clients every time. We bill incredibly well because we don’t sell, we educate and solve our clients’ problems.

Action

We do what we say we are going to do: We take action. We execute. Act while others talk. We know that actioning our plans, commitments, and our promises is everything. We value our clients time and trust, and we protect it by doing what we say we are going to do. If we look like we're going to miss a deadline or a promise, we communicate early and often and manage expectations.

Ownership

Our mistakes are our teachers: We are a team who are not afraid to own up to our mistakes. We know that our mistakes are our greatest teachers. We handle them with courage and accountability, and we use them to get better. We take responsibility for our mistakes we own them, no matter how difficult it may be. Our mistakes are catalysts for our growth. We are one team, no matter what: Whether we are sailing through smooth waters or navigating a storm, we pull together and we all row in the one direction.

Teamwork

We are one team no matter how tough the circumstances: We may not have control of external circumstances; but we have control over who we are to each other and how we are to each other. If one of us is down, we work to lift them up. We are committed to each other’s growth. We are as dedicated to each other as we are to our clients. We call each other into our brilliance.

Growth & Rest

Lifelong learnership, and rest as part of high performance: We are all works in progress. We are lifelong learners who are dedicated to personal and professional development. We are a team that understand AI and automation present game changing opportunism to do better business, and improve productivity, and we embrace it. We have learnt that rest and recovery is part of high performance. So, to make sure we keep on delivering great outcomes for our clients, we take recovery breaks, we use our leave. Rest is part of the high-performance cycle, and we respect that.

Finding needles in haystacks is what we do best. We use traditional and algorithmic-search techniques, video recruitment, and behavioural economics to find you the best talent in the market.
