As the ICT Project Finance Officer and Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted business partner, providing expert financial support across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making for a significant program scheduled until the end of 2026.

How you will contribute:
  • Partner with Program Directors and stakeholders to deliver projects on budget and aligned with strategic goals
  • Provide accurate financial reporting, analysis, and advice to support ICT projects and programs
  • Build deep understanding of project structures and financial drivers to guide budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Use financial systems and modelling tools to generate timely, accurate reports
  • Deliver financial data and insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and uphold data integrity
  • Prepare reports and briefings for governance and executive audiences
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and respond to financial queries
About You
  • Strong background in program or project finance, with skills in management accounting and business partnering
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Clear communicator who can engage stakeholders across disciplines
  • Advanced Excel skills (modelling, formulas, reconciliations)
  • Formal qualifications in finance, commerce, or similar are highly regarded
