Your new role
As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide essential business services that keep the operations running smoothly. Working closely within the Business Services team, you will:
- Manage accounts payable processes and finance-related activities
- Capture, review and manage information across electronic finance and records systems
- Prepare reports, documents, and statistical information to support decision-making
- Track, manage and process invoices, liaising with vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure procurement documentation, requisitions and variations are completed accurately
- Contribute to compliance with policies, legislation and governance standards
What you will need to succeed To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Strong administration skills with experience in accounts payable or finance support
- Proficiency across computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and financial processes
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and vendors
- A current Class C driver’s licence
- The ability to undertake and pass a Criminal History Screening
This fantastic opportunity on the Sunshine Coast offers you:
- Hourly rate of $49.40 - $54.81 + 12% Superannuation
- An initial 8-month contract, with a potential 2 x 12-month extension
- Monday to Friday only (Max 38 hours per week)
- Weekly pay cycles
- Early October start date
