Are you an experienced Customer Service Office or Contact Centre professional interested in upcoming opportunities within the Queensland public sector? 
 
Your new role  
This role will suit you if enjoy working in busy, high-volume customer service environments, are confident communicating with a diverse range of customers. 
 
What you will be doing: 
  • Managing and responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, online and in person 
  • Processing a variety of applications, requests, transactions and general administration 
  • Qualify enquiries through questioning and providing accurate answers and information 
  • Accurately entering and maintaining customer information into systems 
  • Working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment 
About You  
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate: 
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service, Contact Centre, Admissions or high-volume Administration role 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent listening, questioning and problem-solving abilities 
  • Strong data entry skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems 
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise competing workloads  
  • A professional, positive and customer-focused approach 
  • Valid Driver's License  
  • Ability to successfully pass a Criminal History Check 
 
Previous experience in a similar role within Government, Travel, Retail, Insurance, Hospitality or other high-volume service environment would be highly regarded.   
 
What's in it for You?  
  • Initial 5-month contract, with potential extension 
  • $40.50 Per Hour + 12% Superannuation 
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 
  • Multiple locations across Moreton Bay and Brisbane Southside available - Brisbane CBD preferred 
  • Weekly pay cycles 
  • No payroll deductions for our services
