- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Policy and Regional Operations team
- Manage office purchasing, equipment orders, and ICT/building access
- Support calendar bookings, meeting coordination, and correspondence tracking
- Process and support recruitment, payroll, and timesheet-related documents
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff on office systems and procedures
- Contribute to the administration support network
- Promote positive team culture and support internal team engagement initiatives
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or executive support role
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience with government recruitment, payroll or purchasing systems(highly desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information
- A proactive, team-first attitude with a willingness to support broader team success
