Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative and project support across various business functions
  • Coordinate diary, meetings, travel and correspondence for senior project staff
  • Administer procurement, finance and HR tasks in line with project requirements
  • Manage internal systems, records and document control processes
  • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Assist with governance and compliance tracking related to project activities
About You
You're an experienced administrator or project support officer who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring initiative, attention to detail and excellent coordination skills, with the ability to:
  • Prioritise competing deadlines
  • Manage correspondence, documentation and scheduling
  • Use systems including Microsoft Office, and preferably, Content Manager
  • Support multiple business functions including HR, finance and procurement
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous infrastructure or rail project experience
  • Public sector background
  • Scheduling/calendar management for executives
  • High-level admin in complex, multi-disciplinary teams
