You're an experienced administrator or project support officer who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring initiative, attention to detail and excellent coordination skills, with the ability to:
- Prioritise competing deadlines
- Manage correspondence, documentation and scheduling
- Use systems including Microsoft Office, and preferably, Content Manager
- Support multiple business functions including HR, finance and procurement
- Communicate confidently and effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Previous infrastructure or rail project experience
- Public sector background
- Scheduling/calendar management for executives
- High-level admin in complex, multi-disciplinary teams
