Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and management within international student systems
- Processing of applications, invoices, and refunds
- Providing policy advice and program information to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with legislation (ESOS, CRICOS)
- Supporting business improvement initiatives and system upgrades
- Liaising with clients and resolving issues with a customer-focused approach
- Experience in data management and administrative support
- Proficiency with ISMS and Content Manager (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of international student legislation is highly desirable

- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems

- Ensure timely handling of complex employment processes
- Strong administrative experience in a policy or legal-adjacent environment
- Excellent written skills for preparing briefs and formal letters
- Proficiency in using online systems and internal case management tools
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
