About the Role:
In this role, you will assist a fantastic infrastructure procurement team with a high level of administration support particularly in the areas of procurement, contract management and other project administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create contracts and enter tender and variation details to progress to financial approval
- Support internal contract managers with processes such as contractor performance plans (plus other such contract management documentation)
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfactory outcomes
- Support the day to day operations of the project team by undertaking administrative support functions as directed to assist with team objectives
We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-focused environment. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in contract administration or project administration, ideally within the construction industry or infrastructure project environment
- Prior government experience (highly regarded)
