Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality financial services, including AP/AR, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier maintenance
  • Manage corporate card administration and contracts register
  • Support month-end close activities, including journals and reconciliations
  • Prepare workpapers and assist with audits and EOFY processes
  • Support procurement activity and maintain proper documentation
  • Contribute to finance and procurement projects for major infrastructure delivery
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost team responsiveness
Ideal Applicant Qualities
  • Curious, process-oriented, and willing to ask questions
  • Excels in a time-critical environment, manageable workload, with  varied tasks to broaden your skills
  • Strong foundation in finance administration or accounting
  • Intermediate Excel skills(e.g., vlookup, pivot tables)
  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Prior experience with procurement or contract administration (helpful but not essential)
