- Lead and coordinate divisional budget planning
- Maintain and advise on service level funding arrangements and reporting
- Analyse and report on key financial risks, opportunities and performance trends
- Provide accurate forecasting to inform executive decisions and resource allocation
- Collaborate with a wide range of clinical and operational stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior finance staff (Finance Business Partners & Finance Officers)
- Identify opportunities for improvement and enhance budget integrity
- Strong background in financial management, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Experience working within a healthcare or hospital is highly desirable
- Skilled in variance analysis, stakeholder engagement, and providing strategic financial advice
- Confidence using S/4HANA, DSS Necto, BPT, and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of leadership
