Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials for ExpenseMe Pro.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand specific training needs.
- Provide post-training support and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering systems training (or similar expense management software).
- Strong instructional design skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt to client needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience within government or public sector organisations highly advantageous.
