You’ll lead a small team, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and FTE reporting.

- Oversee performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis for a division
- Support senior leadership in financial performance discussions
- Analyse key FTE trends, sustainability initiatives, and financial risk
- Work closely with leaders to optimise funding governance
- Lead, coach and mentor a small team, fostering continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a large, complex organisation (healthcare experience highly desirable)
- Proven ability to work with executive leadership on financial strategy
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- Experience using enterprise finance systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, DSS, BPT)
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Business (essential)
- CPA, CA, CIMA or ICA qualification (highly desirable)
- Willingness to comply with vaccination and other onboarding requirements
- Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold full working rights
