You’ll thrive in this hands-on, team leader role where your analytical expertise and advisory skills are key to driving financial performance.
- Prepare and present accurate month-end reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial advice and insights
- Support divisions with budget management, cost reviews, and scenario modelling
- Contribute to State Budget and funding submissions
- Drive process improvement in financial reporting and governance
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior managers and stakeholders
- Mentor and support two direct reports, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Advanced Excel skills(essential) – work with large data sets
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Power Query / Power BI experience (desirable)
- CPA/CA qualification (highly regarded)
