We’re seeking a senior program delivery leader to direct a large-scale digital transformation initiative across a multifaceted organisation. This program is focused on reshaping systems, structures, service delivery models and ways of working. The role oversees the implementation of a new digital operating model and modern ICT platforms through enterprise-wide change management.
As Program Director, you’ll report directly to senior leadership and lead a multidisciplinary team of internal and external specialists including project managers, change leads, technical experts and business analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a digital transformation program, including ICT realignment and system redesign
- Provide expert guidance on program governance, procurement, risk and financial controls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive, business and technical stakeholders
- Drive service design and digital innovation aligned to strategic business outcomes
- Ensure structured change delivery and uplift of capability across the organisation
You are an experienced senior leader with deep expertise in digital transformation and large-scale program delivery. You bring a pragmatic and structured approach, strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at the executive level.
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience leading complex digital or ICT programs across enterprise settings
- Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks and program governance
- Qualifications in PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or equivalent project methodologies
- Demonstrated ability in managing procurement, contracts and program risk
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication
- Experience as a Gateway Review Team Member (RTM) or Review Team Leader (RTL) is desirable
- Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term, with potential for extension
- Total Fixed Remuneration:$224,886–$233,235
- Location: Brisbane CBD, with flexible hybrid work option
