We’re looking for a Senior HRIS Systems Administrator to join our agile and purpose-led Shared Services team. This is your opportunity to make a real difference - delivering timely, reliable HR systems, enhancing user experience, and improving service delivery for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Duties
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the trusted expert overseeing the day-to-day operations and optimisation of our HRIS environment. You will:
- Lead and execute fortnightly payroll processing including reconciliation and disbursement
- Maintain system access, data integrity, upgrades, and ensure compliance with audit and security standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while ensuring high system availability
- Liaise with external vendors and IT stakeholders for upgrades and technical issues
- Generate accurate, insightful reports using Aurion Query Tool, Power BI, and TechnologyOne XLOne
- Partner with internal clients to provide meaningful data and analytics to drive HR decisions
- Contribute to system improvements and onboarding new clients
- Champion best practices in HR tech that support First Nations peoples and inclusive practices
We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity, brings expert HRIS knowledge, and is energised by problem-solving and improving systems. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience administering HRIS systems (Aurion experience highly regarded)
- Demonstrated capability in executing end-to-end payroll cycles accurately and on time
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools
- Commitment to continuous improvement and user experience
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach and a passion for service excellence
