We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Support Officer to support the delivery of several programs within the Priority Program team, from planning through to delivery.

Projects range in value from approximately $15,000 to $15 million
  
About the role:

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting programs that include Fire Hydrant Upgrade, Lift Replacement and compliance, Security Fencing, Electrical and Solar Upgrades, Water and Sewerage and the Housing Improvement programs.

Given the scale of the portfolio the Senior Project Support Officer will play a key role in the successful planning, coordination and delivery of these programs within this portfolio.

The Priority Programs portfolio includes other projects such as the:
  • School Subsidy Scheme
  • School Playgrounds and Tuckshops
  • School Upgrade Fund
  • Youth Engagement Program
  
About You
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:

Strong experience in client-side project coordination, contractor and consultant management, procurement, stakeholder engagement, project reporting, risk management and the delivery of building or infrastructure upgrade projects would be highly advantageous.

Given the volume and variety of projects, the role requires someone who is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
