  About the Opportunity

Our government client is seeking two experienced and proactive Support Officers to join the Integrity and Employee Relations unit. These full-time opportunities sit within distinct but complementary teams,  Governance & Reporting and Intake, Referrals & Partnerships,  each playing a vital role in the department’s integrity and accountability functions.

This is an excellent opportunity to apply your administrative expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment, supporting governance, reporting, and integrity-focused programs.

  • Full-time, 36.25 hours per week(Monday to Friday)

Role 1: Support Officer – Governance & Reporting Key Functions You'll Support:
  • Integrity Framework and Annual Action Plan
  • Integrity, Fraud and Corruption Committee
  • Integrity reporting, data management, and ER4 Risk Reporting
  • Administration of iRefer and Resolve systems
  • Blue Card, QCT & AHPRA registration checks
  • Redress search requests and integrity-related governance advice
  • Event coordination for awareness campaigns (e.g., Fraud Awareness Week)
Role 2: Support Officer – Intake, Referrals & Partnerships Key Functions You'll Support:
  • Registration, classification and assessment of complaints or misconduct
  • Implementation of risk mitigation strategies and advice on local action
  • Coordination of notifications to external agencies
  • Liaison with the CCC (Crime and Corruption Commission)
  • Public Interest Disclosure coordination
  • Data entry, correspondence management, and case file support
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
  • High-volume administrative experience in a sensitive or confidential environment
  • Strong written communication and experience preparing responses to complex correspondence
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Content Manager (TRIM)
  • Strong understanding of records management, including security classifications and access protocols
  • Experience using HR and case management systems (e.g. Resolve) is highly desirable
