What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deliver all training and education for the state-wide rollout of ExpenseMe PRO
- Develop and maintain multimodal training tools, including face to face training, content for eLearning platforms, and QRGs
- Monitor training outcomes, influence go-live readiness and uplift digital confidence
- Support transition to BAU teams and maintain knowledge transfer quality
- Proven success designing and delivering training in large-scale systems implementations
- Experience in complex, multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A calm, proactive leader who thrives in ambiguity and embraces change
- Background in government, finance systems and ERP implementation is highly desirable
