As the Principal Analyst, Business Intelligence and Performance, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level expertise, analysis, and technical support for the delivery of business-critical activity, financial, and performance intelligence tools.
  
You will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing reporting frameworks, leading project management activities, and establishing professional networks to enhance organisational maturity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing complex data to support strategic decision-making
• Developing performance management reporting frameworks
• Creating innovative BI solutions for financial intelligence
• Developing data extraction and load methodologies
• Collaborating with stakeholders to improve business intelligence tools
• Participating in quality human resources management practices

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Business, and/or Computer Science.
• Advanced knowledge in information architecture and data modelling
• Experience with SQL Server, PowerBI, QlikTech, Crystal Reports, and programming languages such as R or Python is highly regarded.
