A Five-Step Career Transition Framework

A structured, personalised approach designed to empower individuals and support your organisation.

Group Session for Professional Network and Peer Support

Every career transition begins with understanding the impact of change and identifying a pathway forward. Through facilitated group sessions and professional transition support, participants gain clarity, confidence and practical guidance while connecting with others experiencing a similar transition.

Personalised Career Transition Consultation

Each participant meets individually with an experienced Career Transition Specialist to discuss career goals, concerns, opportunities and support requirements. This confidential consultation helps establish a customised career transition plan aligned to the individual's experience, skills and future aspirations.

Job Market Navigation and Application Preparation

Participants receive practical support to strengthen their professional profile and improve their visibility in the employment market. This includes resume development, LinkedIn optimisation, job search strategies, networking guidance and preparation for new career opportunities.

Individual Career Coaching & Employment Readiness

One-on-one coaching provides personalised support throughout the transition journey. Participants receive practical advice on career planning, applications, interviews, networking and employment opportunities, helping them move forward with greater confidence and direction.

Ongoing Outplacement Support & Career Transition Success

Support continues beyond the coaching process through ongoing guidance, employer introductions, professional networking opportunities and market insights. Participants remain connected to the Kingston Human Capital network while continuing their transition toward meaningful employment outcomes.
