About the role
In this role, you will lead structured discovery and gap analysis activities to establish a clear understanding of current state processes, systems, roles, responsibilities, and operational constraints.
This includes analysing current and future state processes and requirements, undertaking options analysis, leading stakeholder engagements and ensuring integration of existing OT and cyber security deployments.
You will consider strategic alignment, audit and assurance requirements and alignment with industry standards and best practice frameworks.
You will be critical in shaping, defining, and enabling technology initiatives across operational technology (OT) operations, cyber security uplift programs, ISMS audit activities, electronic security and life safety systems, business as usual functions, and team deployment models.
You will conduct process reviews and redesigns to uplift operational efficiency, security, and compliance. This includes developing procedures, work instructions, and future state operational models that support sustainable and resilient OT and cyber operations. Benchmarking against defined standards will be used to identify improvement opportunities and validate recommended changes.
