We are seeking an engaging and solutions-focused Customer Relations Officer (AO4) to join a Queensland State Government team on a 6-month contract, with strong potential for a further 6-month extension.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer enquiries and complaints, providing professional case management support within a legislative and policy-driven environment. You will work closely with customers, business partners and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, customer-centred outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and evaluate complaint information and investigation outcomes to ensure responses meet required standards.
- Source additional information as needed to support accurate and timely case resolution.
- Provide clear, professional and customer-focused written and verbal communication across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, business partners and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting new procedures, work practices and local strategies.
- Support project activities and broader team priorities as required.
