About the Opportunity
Our Ipswich-based client is seeking a confident and capable Principal Finance Partner (AO7) to join a fast-paced, complex State Government finance division.
In this role, you will directly support service delivery within a major Hospital and Health Service. You will partner with operational managers, clinical leaders and senior finance stakeholders across diverse service areas, providing high-quality advice that strengthens financial performance and future planning.
Your Contributions
- Partner with cost centre managers to guide financial planning and performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting.
- Provide accurate analysis, commentary and advice for senior stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality briefs, reports and financial documentation.
- Analyse KPIs and trends to support decision-making and improvement.
- Contribute to process efficiencies and reporting enhancements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid management accounting and finance capability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex operating environment.
- SAP 4HANA experience is helpful but not essential.
- Intermediate–advanced Excel skills.
- Tertiary finance qualification required (CPA not essential).
