About the role
You will play a key role in managing commercial performance and contractual obligations across a complex rolling stock agreement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and reviewing contractual performance and compliance requirements
- Monitoring operational outcomes against agreed service and performance standards
- Implementing and maintaining effective commercial and performance controls
- Preparing detailed reports, submissions, and executive briefings
- Supporting stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external delivery partners
- Contributing to continuous improvement across contract management and operational processes
About you
To be successful, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in commercial or contract management within rolling stock, rail, or other asset-intensive infrastructure sectors
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and apply complex agreements
- Experience managing performance frameworks and compliance obligations
- Highly developed written communication skills, including preparation of executive-level documentation
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across technical and operational teams
