An opportunity is available for an experienced commercial professional to support performance and operational outcomes within a high-value rolling stock project.

This role sits within a specialist commercial and operations environment and will suit someone who thrives in structured governance frameworks and contract-driven delivery models.

About the role
You will play a key role in managing commercial performance and contractual obligations across a complex rolling stock agreement.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and reviewing contractual performance and compliance requirements
  • Monitoring operational outcomes against agreed service and performance standards
  • Implementing and maintaining effective commercial and performance controls
  • Preparing detailed reports, submissions, and executive briefings
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external delivery partners
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across contract management and operational processes
This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial judgement, analytical capability, and confidence operating within complex infrastructure environments.

About you
To be successful, you will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial or contract management within rolling stock, rail, or other asset-intensive infrastructure sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and apply complex agreements
  • Experience managing performance frameworks and compliance obligations
  • Highly developed written communication skills, including preparation of executive-level documentation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across technical and operational teams
Experience within rolling stock or major transport infrastructure programs will be highly regarded.
