You’ll be part of a high-performing People, Capability and Culture team, supporting leaders and driving practical safety and wellbeing outcomes across the organisation. 

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on role where you’ll keep critical WHS functions running smoothly:
  • Managing WHS communications and ensuring timely, professional responses
  • Maintaining incident logs with high-quality, accurate data (including executive reporting)
  • Administering WHS systems (Salvus) – closing hazards and incidents
  • Coordinating WHS network meetings and stakeholder engagement
  • Producing reports that support real decision-making
  • Supporting system transition activities (Salvus to Integrum)
  • Assisting with wellbeing initiatives and organisation-wide communications
Your work will directly support leaders to create safer environments and better outcomes for their teams.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who can step in, add value quickly and keep things moving:
  • Experience in WHS / Safety / HSE roles (Advisor, Officer or Coordinator level)
  • Strong understanding of WHS systems (Salvus highly regarded)
  • Solid Microsoft Office capability (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
