What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role where you’ll keep critical WHS functions running smoothly:
- Managing WHS communications and ensuring timely, professional responses
- Maintaining incident logs with high-quality, accurate data (including executive reporting)
- Administering WHS systems (Salvus) – closing hazards and incidents
- Coordinating WHS network meetings and stakeholder engagement
- Producing reports that support real decision-making
- Supporting system transition activities (Salvus to Integrum)
- Assisting with wellbeing initiatives and organisation-wide communications
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who can step in, add value quickly and keep things moving:
- Experience in WHS / Safety / HSE roles (Advisor, Officer or Coordinator level)
- Strong understanding of WHS systems (Salvus highly regarded)
- Solid Microsoft Office capability (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
