Our recruitment team works in a fast-moving, high-performance environment — and we’re looking for a capable Office Manager who takes pride in creating structure, clarity and calm in a busy team.

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintaining internal systems, records and compliance documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and streamline processes
- Coordinating office suppliers and service providers
- Supporting leadership with administration, reporting and coordination
You’re someone who naturally brings order, structure and calm to busy environments.
You enjoy improving systems, solving problems and helping teams work more efficiently.You may currently be working as an:

- Operations Coordinator
- Senior Administrator
- Administrator
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- A systems mindset – you enjoy designing efficient processes
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A proactive approach — you spot problems and fix them early
- Experience supporting a professional services environment(highly regarded)
- You've reviewed some of our processes and improved them
- The office runs smoothly and you'e adapted some great systems
- Invoicing and administrative processes are organised and reliable
- The team feels supported and able to focus on their work
- You feel confident and settled as a trusted member of the team
