About your new role
We are seeking two experienced Organisational Design Specialists to support a QLD State Government department’s business review.
  
This project aims to optimise workforce structures and improve efficiency and will includes data analysis, benchmarking, design options and the development of a target state.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse current business function based on survey data and statistic documentation
  • Perform and analyse a benchmarking interstate, with other agencies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and effected roles to ensure alignment with corporate, services and regional priorities.
  • Design sustainable options that enhance efficiency and role clarity including develop workforce plans to address current and future demands.
  • Design a future state organisational design report including change management support and implementation guidance.
What you will need to succeed
  • Experience in Organisational Design or Workforce Planning
  • Experience working on strategic organisational change projects, incorporating benchmarking and designing a target state
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Workshop facilitation skills to support stakeholder engagement and co-design processes
  • Knowledge of Queensland Government policies and workforce governance
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality recommendations within tight timeframes
What the role offers
  • 3-month contract, with possible extension
  • Circa $100 per Hour + Super (depending on experience)
  • Brisbane Inner Suburbs location (Albion)
  • Hybrid working arrangements (3 office/2 remote)
  • 8hrs Day / 40hrs Week Monday to Friday
  • Weekly pay cycles with no payroll fees
