This is a program-level procurement leadership role, where your work directly influences how BCM/Infrastructure programs are planned, sequenced and delivered.

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, delivery and governance, ensuring procurement is fully aligned to program outcomes and enabling projects to move with clarity and pace.

Why this role stands out
  • $175/hour + super
  • 2-year contract – stability to deliver outcomes end-to-end
  • Program-level influence – shape decisions, not just process
  • Complex infrastructure environment – high-value, high-visibility work
  • Senior stakeholder exposure – partner directly with program leaders
About the role
You’ll take ownership of the forward procurement pipeline across a major infrastructure program, ensuring it is structured, sequenced, and aligned to delivery priorities.

This role sits within the integrated program team, working across planning, delivery, and procurement to ensure outcomes are achieved.

You will:
  • Own and lead the forward procurement pipeline
  • Align procurement with program delivery timelines
  • Ensure procurement enables delivery rather than delays it
  • Lead procurement strategy across the program
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Provide commercial insight to influence key decisions
  • Drive integration across planning, procurement, and delivery teams
  • Maintain alignment, momentum, and shared priorities
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and consistency
  • Lead and uplift capability, overseeing two resources and lifting the quality of outputs.
Broader program impact. This role contributes beyond procurement—strengthening how the program operates as a whole.

You’ll support:
  • Financial oversight (SAP, accruals, procurement-linked spend)
  • Forecasting accuracy and reporting confidence
  • Risk, dependencies, and delivery constraints across the program
  • Clear visibility to support better decision-making
About you
You’re a senior procurement leader operating at program level, comfortable bringing structure to complex, evolving environments.
You bring:
  • Experience leading procurement across infrastructure/BCM programs
  • Strong capability in contracts, governance, and procurement frameworks
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • A forward-planning mindset—you think in pipelines, not transactions
  • Experience in government or capital programs (highly regarded)
Next steps
If you’re ready to take ownership of a high-impact procurement pipeline and influence major infrastructure outcomes, apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion.
