Executive Recruitment

Chief Information Officer

Recruitment & Search in Queensland

Great organisations rarely fail because of technology.

They fail because they appoint the wrong leader to harness it.

At Kingston Human Capital, we help organisations identify, engage and secure exceptional Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers and technology executives who can lead transformation, strengthen digital capability and position organisations for future success.

Common Challenges When Hiring a Chief Information Officer

We need more than a technical leader.

Many technology leaders have strong technical expertise. Far fewer possess the executive presence, commercial judgement and strategic thinking required to lead organisational transformation.

Technology is moving faster than our organisation.

Artificial intelligence, digital disruption, cyber threats and changing customer expectations require leaders who can balance innovation with practical execution.

We need someone who can lead transformation.

Today's CIOs must influence executives, drive change programs and align technology initiatives with organisational goals.

The cost of the wrong appointment is significant.

Technology leadership decisions can impact cyber security, operational performance, customer experience, workforce productivity and organisational growth.
