What Are Unbundled Or Part Recruitment Services?

Some recruitment agencies offer flexible ‘unbundled or part’ recruitment services, to support organisations with distinct parts of a recruitment process.

You might use an unbundled or part recruitment service when you don't need a recruitment firm to deliver the entire recruitment project for you. Instead, they can help you with parts of the project, to save you time or add insight and expertise.

Part recruitment services include :

  • Helping you analyse your hiring requirements and develop a strategy to market your role to the right talent
  • Shortlisting the applicants that are most suitable for you to interview
  • Helping you design great interview questions and a high impact interview process
  • Sitting in on your interviews and helping minigate the risk of unconscious bias
  • Completing reference, working right, and qualification checks for you
  • Administering Psychometric or Leadership Testing

While these services form part of a comprehensive, end-to-end recruitment process and would be included in a permanent or executive placement fee, your recruitment partner may also offer these on a fee for service basis.

Get The Most Out Of Your Recruitment Partnership

When weighing up whether it’s worth working with a recruitment agency, consider the specialist expertise, experience and efficiency - but most importantly, consider the capacity and capability of your own team, too.
